WHAT IS ACUPUNCTURE?
Acupuncture involves the insertion of tiny needles into specific points that stimulate the fascial system, body chemistry, and nervous system to restore balance and harmony across all body systems resulting in hormone regulation, pain relief, improved circulation, and reduced inflammation. Acupuncture is a safe, holistic medicine that can naturally manage pain. It can provide support in the healing of digestive issues, insomnia, mental health issues, hormonal changes, fertility, autoimmune imbalances, etc. without unwanted side-effects.

LIfe FErtility BioTherapy®

I worked with Rachel while I was trying to conceive and throughout my entire pregnancy. She was so attentive, supportive, and kind throughout the whole process. I believe acupuncture was a critical role to getting pregnant and having a healthy pregnancy. Thank you Rachel for being part of the whole process!

The services at SpringRoot were absolutely outstanding. Staff was thoughtful, professional, and accommodating. Rachel went above and beyond in working with me to support a healthy, natural delivery of my firstborn when overdue and a medical induction was being considered. The staff is patient and the environment is calm. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for acupuncture!
